Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your Wellthrive account and all associated health data at any time. We provide multiple ways to make this request, and we process every request through the same deletion pipeline.

How to Request Deletion

You may submit a deletion request through any of the following methods:

• In-app: open the Wellthrive app and use the in-app deletion option.
• Email: admin@wellthrive-inc.com from the address associated with your account.
• Web form: complete the form below.

What Gets Deleted

Submitting a deletion request results in the removal of:

• Profile information
• Preferences and app settings
• Health data, including meals, supplements, glucose, sleep, and activity
• Reward balance, including any Well Points

Important Notes

Deletion is irreversible. Once your data is deleted it cannot be recovered. Deletion you initiate in the app takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. Requests you submit by email or this web form are completed within 30 days of verifying your request. In all cases, deletion cascades across the systems where your data is stored, and we instruct applicable processors to delete or anonymize related identifiers, subject only to limited records we must keep for legal, security, transaction, or consent-evidence purposes.
