Wellthrive Rewards Terms

WellCredit is not cash, not a gift card, not a coupon, not cashback, not a guaranteed discount, and has no stored value. Health outcomes, medication, lab activity, disease status, pregnancy or fertility, clinician interactions, and supplement adherence are not reward triggers.

These Rewards Terms describe the framework that applies to WellCredit and any related Wellthrive rewards features. By participating, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. How WellCredit Works

WellCredit may be earned for selected in-app actions, such as recording meals or other engagement activities defined within the Wellthrive application. Eligible actions and the amount of WellCredit associated with them are determined by Wellthrive and may change at any time without notice.

2. Prohibited Reward Triggers

WellCredit is never awarded for, and rewards never depend on, any of the following:

• Taking, adhering to, starting, stopping, or changing any medication.
• Supplement adherence or supplement-taking behavior.
• Lab testing, uploading lab reports, or lab results.
• Disease status, a diagnosis, or any health outcome.
• Pregnancy or fertility status or behavior.
• Consulting, or declining to consult, a clinician or healthcare professional.

Rewards are limited to general, non-clinical engagement and never reward or penalize a health decision.

3. Restrictions

WellCredit is non-transferable, has no stored or cash value, cannot be cashed out, and cannot be exchanged for monetary value. WellCredit has no value outside the Wellthrive application and may not be combined, sold, gifted, or assigned to any other person or account. If WellCredit later becomes redeemable for discounts, partner offers, or anything with measurable monetary value, additional payments, tax, consumer-protection, and app-store billing terms will apply and will be presented before any such feature launches.

4. Expiration

WellCredit may expire after a period of account inactivity or as otherwise disclosed in the application. Expired WellCredit is forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

5. Modification and Termination

Wellthrive may modify, suspend, or terminate the WellCredit program, or any portion of it, at any time and at its sole discretion, including changing eligible actions, redemption options, expiration rules, or terminating the program in its entirety. Continued participation after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
